Position: Direct Staff

Responsibilities:

• Provide Direct Support: As a staff member, you will be responsible for providing direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities. This includes assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Positive Direction and Guidance: You will act as a mentor and provide positive direction to individuals, encouraging their personal growth, and assisting them in reaching their goals.

• Volunteer Coaching: As part of your role, you will act as a volunteer coach, helping individuals participate in community activities, develop new skills, and engage in social interactions.

• Adherence to Policies and Procedures: It is important to follow program policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care and support are maintained at all times.
